Join Samantha Knies Gray for a montly Yoga Nidra class. Commonly known as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra meditation is a powerful, guided technique which involves lying down on a padded yoga mat while following the teacher's voice. Yoga Nidra offers a safe space to be present and release long-held emotions or thought-blockages. Falling asleep is okay, too, as you will still receive benefits while the unconscious mind is absorbing the practice. The practice will begin with a few gentle yoga stretches to warm up before the start of the Nidra. Please dress comfortably and warm — wear socks/layers and consider bringing an extra blanket/pillow.
