Learn how to incorporate a partner practice into your yoga journey with your loved one, a family member, or a friend! Samantha and Amanda will teach Partner Yoga as an opportunity to build trust and strengthen emotional bonds while having fun during an asana practice. Together, you will work on connecting through breathwork as you practice a number of standing, balancing, seated, and supine poses with your partner. Accessible for everyone regardless of yoga experience. The practice will end with a meditative savasana. Open to pairs only. $30 for both partners. No refunds. Thank you!
