:: A Spring Series with Kari Nolan ::
Our story of self- love begins by creating a compassionate relationship with our own body. Our bodies are the most honest, primal teachers that we will ever know and when we draw our philosophy of nourishment and care from an inner wellspring of kindness, we diminish our own suffering, and we contribute, in kind, to the healing of our Earth. In the philosophy of Ayurveda, an ancient, sister medical science of Hatha Yoga, we are inseparable from Earth, and the natural elements and ways in which she heals us, are actually born within us, as our own power of self-healing.
Spring, in the tradition of Ayurveda and Yoga, is the perfect season to begin new inner and outer health and beauty regimens. In this series you will learn simple, calming and deeply nourishing daily Ayurveda practices for your mind and body. Each session will include a warm, interactive and intuitive lecture, with gentle, restorative Yoga and Pranayama.
